Los SueÑos retirement resort

The Oanna Group, on behalf of their principles, has officially announced the development of an exclusive Retirement Resort on the land plots at Bella Fortuna and Sierra Fortuna.

Both these land plots fall in the council zone of the town of Zafarraya.

Zafarraya is a beautiful town with a population of approximately 2.500 and mainly dedicated to agricultural activities. It is located in Granada, North East of Málaga, inland from the Costa del Sol in the heart of the Spanish Andalucía. If you want to feel the real Spain, you’ll find it here in Zafarraya.

Positioned in the foothills of the Tejada Sierra mountain ridge, the region is rich in green pastures and vineyards. The pine forests cover the sides of the mountains which are covered by snow when winter comes. Because of its proximity to the coast and its fertile soil, Zafarraya has been inhabited since prehistoric times and is full of historical remains.

The proposed name for the Retirement Resort is “Los Sueños “ and will comprise of up to 140 retirement homes, a medical centre, a guest centre, a restaurant and a supermarket .This development will attract both retired persons and those nearing retirement age who wish to get a start on owning a place where they will eventually retire in the sun. 

Plans were recently submitted to the Town council of Zafarraya and the Granada Environmental Council for their approval to develop this exclusive retirement resort. The project was warmly received and has been given the full initial support from both authorities.
